I've lost my Username/Password, what now?

No problem. Enter your email address and the site which you have joined and your Username/Password will be emailed to you.


How can I change my Username/Password?

At this time, passwords and usernames cannot be changed. That being said, if you absolutely must change this information you can always cancel your account and sign-up again; this will create a new password and username.


I have not received my Username/Password?

Your password and username is displayed on the email confirming your enrolment. Check your spam/junkmail folder for this email, sometimes it can get routed there. If you still can't find it, please use the user account lookup provided to locate your account details.


My Password and Username don't work?
